LILBOURN - Willis "Chuck" Taylor, 69, died June 23, 2003, at his home.

Born April 7, 1934, in Avalon, Miss., son of the late Louis and Mattie Taylor, he was a retired farm laborer and member of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn.

Survivors include: one son, Richard Taylor of Columbia; one daughter, Annora Taylor of St. Louis; two brothers, Charles Taylor and William Taylor of Chicago, Ill.; three sisters, Maggie Lemon of Chicago, Marie Garrett of Lompoc, Calif., and Bennie Redman of Lilbourn; and two grandchildren.

Four brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.

Visitation is from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Ponder Funeral Home in Lilbourn, where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Burial will follow in Simmons Burial Park at Catron.
