BLOOMFIELD -- Maudie Mae Burns, 91, died Oct. 2, 2007, at her home.
Born Dec. 27, 1915, at Clines Island, to the late Roy Ottie and Myrtle Era Glenn Hoosier, she had lived all her life in the Bloomfield area and was a retired seamstress with Elder Manufacturing.
On May 14, 1932, at Clines Island, she married Howard Leonard Burns who preceded her in death on Dec. 11, 1986.
One sister, Viola McQueen, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one daughter, Pansy Lanzendorf of Grand Island, Neb.; three grandchildren, Steven Wilson of Seattle, Donna Barber of Brighton, Tenn., and Jeannie Trammell of Dexter; and five great-grandchildren and five great-great-
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. tonight at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Bloomfield Cemetery with the Rev. Karen Oldham of Dexter officiating.
