LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Pearlie Mae McCoy, 84, died Dec. 24, 2007, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Lafayette.
Born May 21, 1923, in Vigo County, to the late Earl N. and Lydia Mae Riggle Overbey, she was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Vincennes and a former line supervisor for R.C.A.
On May 14, 1939, at Advance, Mo., she married Earl E. McCoy who preceded her in death on June 20, 1984.
Survivors include: three sons, Earl E. McCoy Jr. of Lafayette, Kenneth D. McCoy of Indianapolis and Jerry L. McCoy of Shelburn; one daughter, Phyllis Quinton of Vincennes; two brothers, Floyd Lynn Overbey of Vincennes and Herman Elmer Overbey of Indianapolis; one sister, Edna R. Collins of Vincennes; and 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is fro 9:30 a.m. until time of services at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Sue Welborn will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
