Born Jan. 27, 1950, in Cape Girardeau, to Mary Bernice Wilhoit of Columbia and the late Virgil L. Anthony, he was a tobacco distribution salesman for Phillip Morris in St. Louis and served from Feb. 18, 1970, to Dec. 12, 1971, in the U.S. Army.
In addition to his mother, survivors include: one daughter, Alexis Anthony of San Antonio; three brothers, Larry J. Anthony, D.D.S. of O'Fallon, Walter Scott Anthony of Advance and Carl Bradford Richmond of Orlando, Fla.; two sisters, Mary Katherine Crist of Appleton, Wis., and Amy Richmond Osborn of Columbia; and one granddaughter.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Baue Funeral and Memorial Center of St. Charles is in charge of arrangements.
