MYRTLE -- Renea Honeycutt and David J. Parker were united in marriage Feb. 26, 2005, at Byrd Free Will Baptist Church in Myrtle. Daryl Johnston of Thayer performed the ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Jeff and Linda Honeycutt of Mammoth Spring, Ark., and the bridegroom is the son of Rose Marie Parker of Sikeston and the late Danny Joe Parker.
Rachel Pollock of Sikeston was music coordinator for the ceremony. Servers were Laura Couch and Debbie Pollock of Sikeston.
The bride wore a strapless ivory gown that gathered at the waist and was complemented with a lace overlay down the front, which was accented with embroidered roses and beads. She carried a bouquet of purple and ivory wisteria flowers.
Susan Scherlinger of Bosworth served the bride as maid of honor. She wore a sage green dress and carried a purple and ivory wisteria bouquet.
Junior bridesmaids were Cheyenne Honeycutt and Sammie Jo Honeycutt, sisters of the bride. They also wore sage green dress and carried one white and red rose each. The red roses were given to the couple's mothers.
Best man was Gary Horvath of Springfield. Ushers were Sherman Garrison of Myrtle and Craig Gordan of Sikeston.
The new Mrs. Parker is employed by Cox Health Plans in Springfield, and her husband works at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield. The couple will reside in Nixa.
