David Burckhardt

CHAFFEE -- David Joseph Burckhardt, son of David Thomas and Eva Yvonne Ewing Burckhardt, died at birth April 8, 2005, at the Poplar Bluff Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

In addition to his parents, survivors include: his paternal grandparents, David John and Joan Edmond Burckhardt of Chaffee; his maternal grandmother, Betty Sue Duty of Manito, Ill.; his paternal great-grandfather, Ronald H. Burckhardt of St. Louis; his maternal great-grandmother, Lavern Marie Ryan of Mason City, Ill.; and four aunts and two uncles.

His maternal grandfather, Joseph Dean Ewing, preceded him in death.

A graveside service was held Saturday at the Union Park Cemetery with the Rev. Travis Hendrix officiating.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel of Chaffee was in charge of arrangements.
