He was preceded in death by his wife, Violet Mae Jordan.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Mary Jane Jordan; one daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Patrick Jordan; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Fern Raymond.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Lucille Goodwin, Katherine Whittley and Thelma Cox; and three brothers, Clifton Jordan, Robert Jordan and Lewis Jordan.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in DeSoto, where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday.
Burial will follow in the Mount Olive Cemetery at DeSoto.
