CHARLESTON - Dorothy Mae Telker, 93, died at 9:35 a.m. Feb. 15, 2005, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Dec. 24, 1911, in Crosno, daughter of the late Boyd and Lula Mae Hughes Henderson, she was a lifelong resident of Mississippi County and member of St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston.
On Oct. 16, 1961, she married Ambrose Telker who preceded her in death on Oct. 15, 1977.
Survivors include: two half brothers, Jack Achter of Matthews and Leslie Allen Achter of Inez, Ky.
Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Charlie Henderson and John Henderson; and one half sister, Pauline Hinton.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Henry Catholic Church with Monsignor Stephen Schneider, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery near Charleston.
Pallbearers will be: John Wayne Henderson, Clay Whitaker, Johnny Henderson, Sammy Irby, Jesse Vinson and Dan Hinton.
