Doyle Cathey

LILBOURN - Doyle Cathey, 68, died Feb. 15, 2005, at his home.

Born Sept. 20, 1936, in Conran, son of the late Lucille Rankin, he was a truck driver for Farm Products, retiring in 1998 and was of the Pentecostal belief.

On July 6, 1973, he married Annie Wylie who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, Gary Wylie of Lilbourn; six daughters, Glenda Wylie, Phyllis Williams and Karen Sullenger of Lilbourn, Willa Farris and Sherrie King of Sikeston and Estelle Ward of Kokomo, Ind.; and 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

One grandson preceded him in death.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Lilbourn. The Rev. Travis Lambert, pastor of the Lilbourn General Baptist Church, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Mounds Park Cemetery near Lilbourn.
