Cheryl Pruett

CHAFFEE - Cheryl Jean Jackson Pruett, 50, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother, died Feb. 7, 2008, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Aug. 31, 1957, at Paso Robles, Calif., to Eugene and Deloris Parker Jackson. Cheryl was a graduate of Delta High School and Metro Business College. She was employed at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee and a member of Randles Baptist Church.

She and Ron Pruett were married Nov. 8, 2003.

She is survived by her husband; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Christopher and Priscilla Hornbuckle of Chaffee and James Hornbuckle of Advance; two granddaughters, Carlaena Jo Hornbuckle and Sadie Nichole Hornbuckle; her mother, Deloris Jackson (Clifton) Trentham of Delta; one sister and brother-in-

law, Deborah and Harold Lancaster of Delta; one brother and sister-in-law, Mitchell and Theresa Jackson of Cape Girardeau; three stepchildren, Jonathan Pruett, Jackie Mullins and Rose Pruett, all of Coos Bay, Ore.; and nine stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, grandparents and one stepson.

Friends may call at 5 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Keith Price officiating.

Burial will be in the Friend Cemetery at Oran.

Pallbearers will be: Kevin Sanders, Kelly Moore, David Parker, Kevin Parker, John Pruett and Jonathan Pruett.
