Cooper Rushing

CHARLESTON -- Cooper Riley Rushing, infant son of Bert Allen and Karen D. Housman Rushing of Charleston, died at birth at 5:28 p.m. June 18, 2005, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

In addition to his parents, survivors include: one brother, Ethan Parker Rushing of the home; paternal grandparents, Leon Rushing of Dorena and Cynthia Elder of Poplar Bluff; maternal grandparents, Louie and Deloris Housman of Bertrand; and paternal great-grandmother, Maxine Bounds of Alliance, Ohio.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. today at the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston with Bill Bradley of Charleston officiating.

McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
