HANNIBAL - C.C. White, 75, died at 8:05 p.m. Dec. 30, 2007, at the Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Born April 4, 1932, in Portageville to the late Clyde and Donnie Mae Edwards White, he was a construction supervisor and retired from Fru-Con Construction Company. A U.S. veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Elks Lodge and of the Christian belief.
On March 11, 1955, in Bowling Green, Ohio, he married Patsy Foster, who survives.
Also surviving are: one daughter, Lori Ann Charlton of Hannibal; three sons and two daughters-in-law, William C. and Catherine White of New London, and Eric F. and Gail White and Richard A. White of Hannibal; one brother, Jerry D. White of Portageville; and nine grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren.
Two brothers, Clyde E. White and Dean White; two sisters, Rosemary Gault and Lura Petschonek; and one daughter-in-law, Ruth Ann White, preceded him in death.
Visitation is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Portageville Cemetery with the Rev. Gerry Anderson officiating.
