DEXTER - Blake Allen Burnett, 31, died Dec. 29, 2007, at Dexter.
Born Sept. 27, 1976, at Poplar Bluff, to Stan and Joy Jackson Burnett of Dexter, he was a member of the Living Water Worship Center of Bloomfield and owner of a power-washing company in Dexter.
On Feb. 14, 2003, at Dexter, he married Theresa Cockrell, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Austin Stacey and Houston Burnett of Dexter; two daughters, Hannah Smith and Celina Smith of Dexter; and two brothers, Derek Burnett and Matt Burnett of Dexter.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Genivea and Dennis Jackson and Audie and Boyd Burnett.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Jim Hook will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
