ROGERS, Ark. -- Rondal "Ron" Louis Phillips, 64, died Feb. 22, 2007, at his home.
Born Sept. 8, 1942, in Portageville, Mo., son of the late Ragel and Lillian Beauton Phillips, he lived in many parts of the U.S. working for 43 years with Cargill where he was a business manager. He was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State in Cape Girardeau, Mo., and coached T-ball, Little League baseball and 6th and 7th grade football.
Survivors include: his wife, Alice Phillips of the home; three sons and daughters-
in-law, Rob and Twilla Phillips of Rogers, Gregg and Andrea Phillips of Ruston, La., and Mark and Margo Phillips of Rogers; two brothers, William E. Phillips and Donald Ray Phillips of Portageville; one sisters and brother-in-law, Anita Sue and Tom Krebs of St. Charles, Mo.; and eight grandchildren.
Services were held at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church in Rogers with Dr. Wes George and the Rev. Ben Rowell officiating.
Burial followed in the Rogers Cemetery at Rogers.
Pallbearers were: Matt Phillips, Joshua Phillips, Mitchell Lockhart, Bryan Precure, Bo Ralph and Stacy Jaycox.
