CAPE GIRARDEAU - Albert B. "Al" Bange, 92, formerly of Festus and Blodgett, died at 1:25 a.m. Dec. 15, 2007, at the Fountainbleau Lodge Nursing Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born Oct. 11, 1915, in St. Louis, to the late Henry J. and Caroline Dierker Bange, he was employed as a farmer and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Sikeston.
On Nov. 17, 1988, in Sikeston, he married Merideth A. Fowler, who preceded him in death on May 6, 1999.
Two brothers and three sisters also preceded him in death.
Survivors include: one stepson, Vernon Hopkins of Cape Girardeau; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
Graveside services will follow at 11 a.m. in the Bloomfield Cemetery with the Rev. Geoff Posegate, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, officiating.
