DONIPHAN - Vance Bays, 70, died Feb. 22, 2005, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Born Aug. 8, 1934, in St. Ann, he was son of the late Oliver and Mildred Karlish Bays.

He had been married to Oleen Clark of East Prairie.

Survivors include: two sons, Harold Bays and George Bays of East Prairie; one daughter, Gloria Triplett of East Prairie; four grandchildren and three great-

grandchildren; and a special friend, Carol Oliver of Doniphan.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. until noon Friday at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
