Guestbook attendant was Aubrey Franco, and the wedding coordinator was Cheryl Stanfield, aunt of the bride. The sound engineer was Mark Launius, and the Rev. Candice Wiley was in charge of media presentations.

Following the release of two white doves, a reception was held at the Clinton Building in Sikeston with Rivers Catering of New Madrid providing and hors d'oeuvres buffet. The music was provided by Sikeston String Quintet.

On April 8, 2005, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the bridegroom's parents at Lambert's Cafe. Showers were hosted by Katie McGuire, Sikeston First Church of the Nazarene and the Oasis Sunday school class of College Church of the Nazarene in Olathe, Kan.
