SIKESTON - Martin Wayne Grayson, 41, died at 12:59 a.m. July 20, 2005, at his home.

Born March 12, 1964, in St. Louis to Leonard Grayson of Sikeston and the late Dortha Marie Peters Grayson, he worked as a chef for Danny's Place and the Sikeston Country Club.

In addition to his father he is survived by: his maternal grandparents, J.D. and Tula Peters of Hot Springs, Ark.; two brothers, David Grayson and John Grayson of Sikeston; two half brothers, James Edgar Sikes and Wesley Sikes of St. Louis; two stepbrothers, Dennis Sikes of Cahokia, Ill., and John Sikes of St. Louis; a half sister, Loretta Turner of St. Louis; and one stepsister, Becky Czapla of Cahokia.

No services are scheduled.
