ALLENVILLE - Travis Jerome Graviett, 23, formerly of Kelso, died at 8:15 a.m. April 14, 2005. He will be profoundly missed as he joins his Heavenly Father.
Born April 4, 1982, at Cape Girardeau to Randy Lee Graviett of Kelso and Anita L. Buchheit Hartle of Jackson, he was employed at Spartech in Cape Girardeau and was a member of the St. Augustine Church in Kelso.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his stepfather, Mike Hartle of Jackson; his fiance, Chrystal Coomer of Allenville; one daughter, Kyleigh Rae Graviett of Allenville; two brothers, Kevin Graviett of Oran and Jamie Graviett of West Plains; a stepbrother, Gavin Richmond of Scott City; his paternal grandmother Imogene Graviett of Oran; his maternal grandmother, Dorothy McCormack of Jackson; a friend, Kim Richmond of Scott City; and three nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jerome Graviett, and maternal grandfather, Philip Buchheit.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran where funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday. The Revs. Barry Pfanstiel and Ed Carter will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Friends Cemetery at Oran.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Kielhofner, Travis Dirnberger, Josh Curtis, Jarad Todt, Clint Ressel, Jody Ressel, Derrick Schlosser and Craig Ancell.
Honorary pallbearer will be Philip Ressel.
Memorials may be made to a trust which is being set up for his daughter.
