CARLOCK, Ill. - Olive "Louise" Bohannon, 71, died at 12:30 a.m. March 20, 2006, at BroMenn Regional Medical Center in Normal.
Born May 6, 1934, in Blodgett, Mo., daughter of the late Chap and Ruby Loretta Bonnifield Myers, she was a homemaker, a former cook for the Olympia School and was of the Baptist belief.
On Feb. 21, 1953, in Pocahontas, Ark., she married Harold Buford Bohannon Sr., who survives.
Other survivors include: four sons and three daughters-in-law, Harold and Julia Bohannon Jr. of Bloomington, Raymond Bohannon of Clinton, James and Deanne Bohannon of Pekin and Kevin and Nancy Bohannon of Carlock; one brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Mickey Myers of East Peoria; one sister, Loretta Henley of Sikeston, Mo.; and six grandchildren and five great-
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Lewis Bohannon; and four brothers, her twin sister and one granddaughter.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Otto-Argo-Calvert Memorial Home in Carlock.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Onarga Cemetery with the Rev. Gloria Hernandez officiating.
