DEXTER - O.F. Rodgers, 93, died April 26, 2005, at the Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter.

Born Nov. 3, 1911, to the late Pleasant Levi and Ida Dorris Rodgers, he was affiliated with the Baptist church and a retired carpenter.

On Oct. 19, 1932, at Essex he married Ellen Louise Turnage who preceded him in death on March 30, 1997.

Survivors include: two sons, Jack Floyd Rodgers of Dexter and Roy Gerald Rodgers of Wright City; one daughter, Patricia Louise Rodgers of Poplar Bluff; and four grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and three great-great-

grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Samual Levi Rodgers, Wilburn Rudolph Rodgers and Robert Rodgers; four sisters, Evelyn B. Swift, Irma T. Cook, Wilma Dowdy and Virgie Howes; and one granddaughter.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Revs. Kenneth Biggs and Clifford Wray will officiate.

Burial will be in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery near Dexter.
