Born Jan. 23, 1915, in St. Louis, daughter of the late Benjamin and Zella Whitledge Moore, she had spent most of her life in Bloomfield but had been a resident of Tucson the past few years. A member of the First Baptist Church in Bloomfield, she was a 50-year member of the Bloomfield Order of Eastern Star Chapter 385.
On Nov. 17, 1935, she married Glenn Aslin who preceded her in death on Dec. 22, 1998.
Survivors include: two sons, Jim Aslin of Tucson and Mick Aslin of Cape Haze, Fla.; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. Saturday until time for services at 11 a.m. at Chiles-Cooper funeral Home in Bloomfield. The Rev. Mike Arthur will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Liberty Cemetery near Bloomfield.
