HAYWOOD CITY -- Lucille "Mickey" Turner, 67, died Feb. 25, 2006.
Born Sept. 7, 1938, in Pop City, she was the daughter of the late John Henry "Snap" and Elnater "Luster" Turner.
Survivors include: three sons and daughters-in-law, Elliott and Lanelle Turner and Tommy and Raynette Turner of Sikeston and Alphonso and Mary Turner of Haywood City; five daughters and four sons-in-law, Annette and Robert Jones, Debbie and Jeff Davis Jr., Lavonda and Eddie Robinson of Sikeston and Cynthia and Isaiah McCray and Staffane Turner of Haywood City; three brothers, John Henry Turner and Don Turner of Nashville, Tenn., and David Turner of Haywood City; eight sisters, Ella Mae, Gertrude Harrington, Geneva McClinton, Rose Peet and Mary Baker of Sikeston, Doris Turner of Haywood City, Joann Jackson of Chicago and Helen Tate Jr. of Harvey, Ill.; and 28 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, one son, Eric; and one daughter, Freda, also preceded her in death.
Visitation is from noon until time for services at 1 p.m. Saturday at West End Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Chester Yarbor, pastor, and the Rev. Alex Sims officiating.
Burial will follow in the Haywood City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Marcus Turner, Corlin Turner, Don Turner Jr., Otis Haynes, Antonio Turner and Anthony Turner.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Isaac Harrington, Delane Turner, Deon Turner, Anthony Tate, Antonio Tate and Ralph Tate.
Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
