BLODGETT -- Suzanne Hatley of Morehouse and Daniel Roland of Blodgett exchanged wedding vows in a double-ring outdoor ceremony Sept. 3, 2005, at Blodgett. Presiding at the ceremony was Russell Rice, pastor at the Church of Christ.
The bride is the daughter of Bob Hatley of Sikeston and the late Margaret Hatley. The bridegroom is the son of Walter Roland of Mariposa, Calif., and Mabel Matz of Retting, Penn.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Serving as bridesmaids were: Nikki Williams of Charleston, Carla Williams of Sikeston and Samantha Roberts of Morehouse, all friends of the bride.
Best man was Walter Rice of Blodgett. The groomsmen were Jeremy Shaw of Morehouse, son of the bride; Charlie Daniels of Vanduser; and Frank Rett of Blodgett.
Ringbearer was Jonathan Rett of Blodgett with flowergirls, Kassi Roland, daughter of the bridegroom, and Kristin Rice of Blodgett.
Guestbook attendant was sister of the bride, Karen Hammon of Sikeston.
A reception followed at Best Western in Miner.
The multi-layered cake was decorated by Pauline McLaine.
The bride and the bridegroom are employed at Wal-Mart.
