TITUSVILLE, Fla. -- Doris Jean Wray, 74, formerly of Mississippi County, Missouri, died at 10:10 a.m. Nov. 3, 2005, in the Florida Hospital in Orlando.
Born June 25, 1931, at Paducah, Ky., daughter of the late Clyde Taylor and Ruby Gaither Laird, she lived in Titusville for the past 15 years after moving from St. Louis.
On Dec. 6, 1975, she married Roy Linn Wray who preceded her in death on June 16, 2000.
One son, Mark Laws, and former husband Paul Laws also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: five sons, Rusty Cotrell of Las Vegas, Nev., Butch Cotrell of Titusville, Mike Laws of Geneva, Fla., Marty Laws of St. Louis and Matthew Laws of Salem, Mo.; three daughters, Debbie Armstrong of Titusville, Mona Myers of Geneva and Angel Klund of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; two stepchildren, Tracy Sandborn and Mike Wray of St. Louis; one brother, Ralph Laird of Riviera Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Martha Rieff of Christopher, Ill., and Myrtle Wolford of Cairo, Ill.; and 13 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and four stepgrandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Tuesday at the LaCroix United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau until time of services at 11 a.m. with Ron Watts officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston with Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie in charge of arrangements.
