Sikeston JV football team shuts out Perryville

PERRYVILLE - The Sikeston junior varsity football team closed out its season with a 14-0 road victory against Perryville on Monday.

The JV Bulldogs took control early as sophomore Byron Davis returned the opening kickoff 75 yards for a touchdown.

Davis scored the Bulldogs' second touchdown on a 4-yard run in the second quarter.

Quarterback Joey Williams then hit James Bonner for the two-point conversion pass.

Sikeston's JV finishes its season at 3-5.
