SIKESTON -- Imogene Butler, 89, died March 25, 2006, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born Oct. 10, 1916, in Idalia, daughter of the late John Frank and Bertha Ora Triplett Rankin, she had attended Tanner Street Church of God in Sikeston and before her retirement had worked for the Rural Electric Association in Sikeston.

She married Robert Loran Butler who preceded her in death. She later married Lloyd Treece who also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son, Robert L. Butler of Louisiana; and one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday at Ponder Funeral Home with graveside services to follow at 3:30 p.m. at the Triplett Cemetery near Dexter. The Rev. Carl Addison, pastor of Tanner Street Church of God, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Triplett Cemetery.
