Donna Tippy and Jan Slusher were named vice presidents for the company. Robin Hough will serve as assistant vice president and Sharon Duncan is the new assistant cashier.

Tippy, who has been in the banking business since 1971, has served with First State Bank and Trust for nine years. As vice president, she will make commercial, consumer and real estate loans. To enhance her ability to serve loan customers, Tippy plans to attend the Robert Morris School of Banking during the summer.
Involved in the banking business for 23 years, Slusher has been with First State Bank and Trust for nine years. She will also handle commercial, consumer and real estate loans for the bank and is a recent graduate of the Missouri School of Lending.
Hough, who has been involved in banking for some 26 years including nine years with First State Bank and Trust, will handle consumer loans and loan processing along with serving as an administrative assistant. Recently Hough completed Missouri Bankers Lending School.
Duncan will supervise the Loan Credit Administration at Sikeston. She has over 30 years banking experience including eight years with First State Bank and Trust.
First State Bank and Trust Co. Inc. has four locations. In addition to the Sikeston facility, banks are located in Caruthersville, Portageville and Dexter.
