SIKESTON -- Pauline Roslen, 67, died Sept. 21, 2007, at her home near Sikeston.

Born Aug. 28, 1940, in Grants, N.M., daughter of the late Paul Edward and Rose Lee McMillin Sorter, she had lived in Essex for 25 years and in rural Sikeston for the past 25 years.

On Oct. 6, 1956, in Holbrook, Ariz., she married Gilbert E. Roslen who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Gilbert and Marcia Roslen Jr. of Oran and Paul David and Gina Roslen of Chaffee; one daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Greg Wisdom of Sikeston; two stepsisters, Shirley Osborn of Dustin, Okla., and Judy Russell of Okechobee, Fla.; special friends, Wanda Cashmer of Sikeston and Laurie Jeffery of Dearborn Heights, Mich.; and seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Paul Dean Sorter; one sister, Wanda Kuny; one grandson; one stepgranddaughter; and one great-grandson.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday. The Revs. Scott Sutton of Sikeston and Ronnie Ledbetter of Essex will officiate.

Burial will follow in the New Morley Cemetery at Morley.
