BERNIE - James Richardson, 95, died Sept. 8, 2005, at Malden Nursing Center in Malden.

Born Jan. 4, 1910, in Versailles, Ky., son of the late Henry David and Annie Gentry Richardson, he was a member of the Northside Baptist Church.

On Jan. 13, 1930, in Gideon, he married Wilma Myers who preceded him in death on April 21, 1994.

Survivors include: two brothers, Russell Richardson and Louie Richardson of Lake City, Minn., and one sister, Georgia McEven of Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Visitation is from noon until time for services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
