WINFIELD -- Jenny Marie Glover and Aaron Zachary Sexton were united in marriage during a 4 p.m. ceremony July 2, 2005, at the First Baptist Church in Winfield. The Rev. Bruce Walker performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Tim and Debra Glover of Troy and the granddaughter of Merl and Betty Haynes and Pat Eoff. Parents of the bridegroom are Ralph and Melvona Sexton. Grandparents are Ralph and Gwyneth Sexton, Everstine Lackey, the late Delores Knuckles and the late Melvin Lackey.

Music was provided by Jim Duvall of South Carolina, uncle of the bride, and vocalist Brandon Couch of Sikeston.

Maid of honor was Janet Cody of Washington, D.C., friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Heather Schoeneberg of Hannibal, friend of the bride; Kristen Divorce of Hannibal, friend of the bride; Stacey Glover of Troy, sister of the bride; and Shelly Glover of Troy, sister of the bride. Flower girl was Kylie Benoodt of St. Louis, cousin of the bride.

Gabe Dement of Hannibal served his friend as best man. Groomsmen were Derek McKown, Nate Comer, Jamie Carlisle and Brandon Couch, all friends of the bridegroom, all from Sikeston. Ring bearer was Vinny Regazzi of St. Louis, cousin of the bride.

A reception followed at Progress Park Banquet Hall in Wentzville, with dinner and dancing.

Wedding coordinator was Etta Duvall of South Carolina, aunt of the bride.

A rehearsal dinner hosted by the bridegroom's parents was held July 1 at Woods Fort Country Club in Troy.

The bride was honored with a wedding shower hosted by the ladies of Silex Baptist Church on May 29. She was also honored with a shower hosted by Robert and Lori Templeton, Thom and Karen Henzi and Bruce and Lori Copeland June 4 at the home of Robert and Lori Templeton in Sikeston.

A 2005 graduate of Hannibal LaGrange College, the bride is currently a teacher and softball coach for the Hannibal School District.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Sikeston High School and expects to receive a degree in business administration May 6 from Hannibal LaGrange College.

Following a wedding trip to Colorado Springs, Colo., the new Mr. and Mrs. Sexton are residing in Hannibal.
