Born May 22, 1929, near Dudley, daughter of the late Everett and Elizabeth Peck Scott, she was a homemaker. Having lived in Puxico most of her life, she was a member of the Corinth General Baptist Church near Puxico.
On Nov. 1, 1946, in Bloomfield, she married Lyman Fowler who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Dennis Fowler of Advance and Kenny Fowler of Jackson; two daughters, Tammy Wilson of Puxico and Becky Richman of Dexter; one brother, Norman Scott of Dexter; two sisters, Artie Hatchell of Bloomfield and Irma Jean Bollinger of Michigan; and 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
One brother, Everett Scott Jr., preceded her in death.
Visitation is after 5 p.m. Tuesday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Bob Bradford of Advance and the Rev. Ray Placher of Puxico will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.
