Robert Moore, Dalton Clark and Wanda Cashmere ride the Tilt-A-Whirl Wednesday afternoon at the 61st Annual American Legion Cotton Carnival. The Sikeston American Legion invited the New Dawn State School, Columbus Care, Sheltered Workshop, Regional Center and area nursing homes to the carnival for food and entertainment. Each person or student received a free sandwich and after lunch, they got to enjoy the amusement rides.
