DEXTER - William L. Rose, 73, died Nov. 13, 2005, at the Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter.

Born Feb. 3, 1932, at Toledo, Ohio, to the late Escho Burr Rose and Clarsie E. Rennison Rose, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War and a semi-truck driver.

Survivors include: four daughters and a son-in-law, Marjorie and Stan Parfrey of Round Lake Beach, Ill., Phyllis Roach and Wanda Desoto of Pueblo, Colo., and Delores Roach of Alamosa, Colo.; three brothers, Ardeth Rose of Los Angeles, Donald Rose of Dexter and Roy Rose of NeKoosa, Wis.; his caretaker and niece, Pamela Petersen of Dexter; and eight grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery at Bloomfield. The Rev. Leroy Young will officiate.
