EAST PRAIRIE - Sandra Kay Ditto, 48, died at 6:40 a.m. Feb. 6, 2006, at East Prairie Nursing Center.
Born Oct. 31, 1957, in Wyatt, to Betty Jean Perry of Columbia and the late Henry Rex Griffin, she was a 1976 graduate of East Prairie High School and worked for several years as a licensed practical nurse at the Sikeston Regional Center. She was of the Pentecostal belief.
On July 8, 1974, she married Jimmy Ditto, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Jamie Ditto of East Prairie; one daughter and son-in-law, Hilary and Billy Christian of East Prairie; two brothers, Randy Edwards and Kenny Edwards, both of Columbia; three sisters, Janice Tilger of Houston, Texas, Connie Sullivan and Linda Turner, both of Columbia; and one granddaughter.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents who raised her, Robert and Lottie Griffin; and one brother, Danny Joe Lehman.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Gene Ditto of East Prairie will officiate.
Burial will follow in the East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Glen Manning, Jerry Bolden, Jerry Allen, Billy Christian, Wayne Ditto and Donnie Ditto.
