CARUTHERSVILLE - A Caruthersville man is in custody on charges including attempting to manufacture a controlled substance.
Harold F. Miller Jr., 47, is being held in the Pemiscot County Justice Center in lieu of $51,000 on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), attempt to manufacture a controlled substance and driving while his license was suspended. The charges stem from a search warrant which was served Jan. 20 at a residence on County Highway 524 in Pemiscot County.
He was arrested by agents with the Drug Task Force.
