Searching for jobs

More than 240 people came out to talk to the 19 employers there, said SACC Executive Director Missy Marshall. For those who couldn't make it to Wednesday's fair, a Regional Career and Job Expo is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 10 at the National Guard Armory located at 1702 State Highway 114 in Dexter.

The free event will include more than 45 employers and is sponsored by MERS/Goodwill, Missouri Career Centers, Dexter Chamber of Commerce and Workforce Investment Board of Southeast Missouri.
