Kelly girls defeat St. Vincent

PERRYVILLE - The Kelly Lady Hawks basketball team notched a road victory on Monday night over host St. Vincent, 57-40.

Junior point guard Brittany Ponder and freshman center Debra Hall paced the Lady Hawks with 14 points apiece. Sarah Ruff chipped in with 13 points for Kelly.

Kelly (10-6) will host Charleston on Monday with tip set for the junior varsity game at 6:30 p.m.

Scott City was tied heading into the fourth quarter, but host Charleston dealt the winless Rams another setback.

Kelley Hicks scored 16 points for the Rams (0-13), while Nora Glasser added 11.

Felicia Turner scored 28 points for Charleston.
