BLOOMFIELD - Dorthey Aline Foster, 79, died Dec. 15, 2005, at her home.
Born Nov. 15, 1926, in Catron, daughter of the late Amos Lee and Emma Leona Taylor Helms, she had spent most of her life in Bloomfield and was of the Assembly of God belief.
On Dec. 11, 1955, she married Harold Foster who survives of the home.
In addition to her husband, survivors also include: two sons, Danny West and Harold E. Foster of Bloomfield; three daughters, Carol Harmon of Sikeston, Vicky Glass of Bloomfield and Sherry Clevenger of Marquand; two brothers, Jack Helms of Portland, Ore., and Donald Helms of Nashville, Tenn.; three sisters, Helen Fodge of Benton, Doris Brookshire of Portland and Shirley Barnes of St. Charles; and 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
One granddaughter preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday with the Revs. Dwight Hensley and Mike Foster officiating.
Burial will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.
