DEXTER - Savannah Brooke Snider, 19, died Jan. 29, 2006, at the St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
Born Sept. 18, 1986, in Sikeston, daughter of Stan Snider and Sheila Fuwell, both of Dexter, she had lived in Dexter most of her life and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dexter. A graduate of Dexter High School, where she had been a member of the Student Council, Rowdy Gals and the FTA, she was also a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include: three brothers, Jeremy Royce Snider and Jake Cox, both of Dexter, and Matthew Snider of Sikeston; one sister, Kim Essner of Dexter; maternal grandparents, Bufford and Bernadette Fuwell of Bloomfield; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Gwen Snider of Dexter; maternal great-grandmother, Rose Lucas of Bloomfield; and paternal great-grandmother, Winnie Spickelmier of Essex.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Dexter, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Revs. Mark Threadgill of Eureka and Tim Russell of Dexter officiating.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
Watkins and Sons Funeral Home of Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
