Born Feb. 6, 1948, in Sikeston, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Francine Treece Browning.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Gene and Ruby Basinger of Sikeston; and two grandchildren, Emily Basinger and Clayton Basinger II of Sikeston.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Browning; and one granddaughter, Evelyn Basinger.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston where services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Steve Vester, pastor of Old Bethel Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
