Eric Ross and Galen Boyd of Lappe Cement Finishing prepare the turnout of Selma and Matthews streets for pouring Monday afternoon. The company will be pouring the section today. This reconstruction project is expected to take five to seven days to complete (weather permitting) with no through traffic allowed.
