Cheryl Peet

SIKESTON - Cheryl Elizabeth Peet, 37, died March 9, 2006, at Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston.

Born Oct. 25, 1968, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Doris Peet Harris of Oran and the late O.V. Peet Jr., she was a 1987 graduate of Scott Central High School.

In addition to her mother, survivors include: one son, Aaron Peet of Sikeston; one daughter, Amber Peet of Sikeston; seven brothers, Gary Peet, Danny Peet and Kem Peet of Elkhart, Ind., David Peet, Steve Peet and Greg Peet of Sikeston and James Peet of Oran; four sisters, Norma Prangle of Chicago, Vera Moore of St. Louis, Pamilia Minter of Elkhart and Lydia Peet of Sikeston; and a special friend, June Curtis of Elkhart.

In addition to her father, one brother, Christopher Peet preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. until time of services at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston. The Rev. Roy Bonner will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
