ST. LOUIS - William "Bill" Segers, 62, died Dec. 16, 2005, in the Veteran's Hospital in St. Louis.
Born Jan. 14, 1943, at Bell City, son of the late Willie and Virginia Segers, he had served during the Korean War in the United States Army.
He was married to Janice Walls, who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sisters, Lisa Clark of St. Louis, Jerlean Winston of Marion, Ind. and Oral Bell of Oran.
He was preceded in death by: one son, Eric Segers, three brothers and two sisters.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Austin Lane Funeral Home in St. Louis. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lively Stone Church. Bishop Scott will officiate.
Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
