Brittany Belt, daughter of Douglas and Elizabeth Brooks and Louie Belt, is the Standard Democrat's Calendar Girl for March. Brittany, fourth alternate in the 2005 Miss Sikeston Contest, plans to attend Union University in Jackson, Tenn., and major in public political science following graduation from Sikeston High School.
