EAST PRAIRIE -- Kelvin Lee Black, 35, died at 6:46 p.m. March 2, 2006, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born April 7, 1970, in Sikeston, to Willis Lee and Betty Beyerbach Black, he was a 1988 graduate of East Prairie High School and was of the Christian belief.
Survivors include: his maternal grandmother, Roxie Beyerbach of East Prairie; and two uncles and three aunts, Larry Beyerbach of Kansas City, Marilyn and Paul Haney and Darlene Henry of East Prairie and Patricia Gaddis of Poplar Bluff.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William "Buster" Beyerbach; paternal grandparents, J.T. and Pauline Simpkins; and two uncles, Johnny Beyerbach and Lawrence Black.
Visitation is after 5 p.m. Saturday at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday. George White will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery.
