BLOOMFIELD - Willard Woodrow Johns, 90, died Dec. 4, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born June 5, 1915, in Advance, son of the late Harry and Vallie Revelle Johns, he was a retired farmer and attended Sturdivant and Bloomfield General Baptist Churches.
On Dec. 6, 1939, at Zalma, he married Lillian Cazadd who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, survivors include: one son, Vance Johns of Sikeston; two daughters, Wilma Cooper of Bloomfield and Welda Hunt of Jonesboro, Ark.; two brothers, Calvin "Perk" Johns of Godfrey, Ill., and Bobby Johns of Jerseyville, Ill.; two sisters, Lucy Sadler of Alton, Ill., and Vivian Hodge of Puxico; and seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Kevin Eskew officiating.
Burial will follow in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
