MALDEN - Earl Killion, 93, died March 26, 2008, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Oct. 30, 1914, in Senath, to the late Doc and Mertie Long Killion, he was a farmer and member of Spoonerville Baptist Church in Malden.
On Sept. 30, 1939, in Kennett, he married Elva Shelton who preceded him in death on Sept. 16, 1980. On July 12, 1991, at Bloomfield, he married Earline Smith and she preceded him in death on Oct. 3, 2002.
Also preceding him in death were: one son, Harvey Gene Killion; five brothers, Roy Kilion, Delza Killion, Abe Killion, Ira Killion and Harry Killion; and one sister, Christine Wells.
Survivors include: one son, Bruce Killion of Malden; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Myrna and Glenn Claussen of Poplar Bluff, Joan Tesreau of Sikeston and Terry and Don Wear of Memphis, Tenn.; one sister, Imogene Klosterhoff of Cape Girardeau; and six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation is at 6 p.m. today at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.
Burial will follow in Dunklin Memorial Gardens in Kennett.
