CHARLESTON - Tracy L. Williams was named a Rural Development specialist of the USDA for the Rural Development office in Charleston. Catherine Walters, Rural Development manager, announced the appointment.
Ms. Williams' new duties will include providing credit and technical assistance to the rural people and communities within Mississippi and New Madrid counties along with assisting in endeavors for more rural and business development within these counties. She will work with the rural housing programs including single family and mutli-family housing programs along with business and community programs that are administered through USDA, Rural Development.
With more than 14 years of experience with USDA, Rural Development, Ms. Williams states she is excited about her new role and duties and looks forward to continuing to serve the people of Mississippi and New Madrid counties.
