SIKESTON - Roy Allen McAnulty, 82, died Nov. 17, 2005, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born March 22, 1923, in Pope County, Ark., near Russellville, son of the late Robert Allen and Marquerette Young McAnulty, he had lived in Southeast Missouri since 1942 and had resided for the past 20 years in Sikeston. He was a retired bulldozer operator and had worked for M and A Electric in Poplar Bluff. He was a licensed Assembly of God minister and had pastored churches in Vanduser and Morehouse.
On Jan. 1, 1942, in Russellville, Ark., he married Bobbie Morphis, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: four sons, James McAnulty of Munford, Tenn., Ronald McAnulty of Norris City, Ill., Gary McAnulty of Milan, Tenn., and Rodger McAnulty of Grand Prairie, Texas; one daughter, Linda Miller of Sikeston; one sister, Mildred Dane of Harrison, Ark.; 16 grandchildren, 19 great-
grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Milton Poole of Humble, Texas, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
